The product testing is conducted by Little Things Factory GmbH (hereinafter referred to as LTF), located at Über der Bitz 3, 56479 Elsoff.
- Participants
Eligible participants are employees of Employees of companies, research institutes, universities and other institutions, who have reached the age of 18 . Participation via registration services and automated entries, as well as participation with fake identities or identities of third parties, are not permitted. Participants may be required to prove their eligibility to participate in the product test. If participants fail to prove their eligibility within the specified deadline, LTF reserves the right to exclude them from participation. Participants may only apply once. In case of a violation or suspicion thereof, LTF reserves the right to exclude the participant from participation.
- Participation
Participation in the product test is free of charge and participants do not receive any compensation for participation or submission of evaluations. Participation is independent of the monetary purchase of the products. The participant must agree to test and evaluate the product.
There is no entitlement to participate in the product test or to be provided with the test products.
- Application and Procedure
To participate in the product test, participants must apply via email to contact@ltf-gmbh.de. By applying for this product test, consent is given to receive information about the products available for testing, related surveys and activities, newsletters, as well as feedback on this product test.
Applications for the product test must be received by May 31, 2024, at the latest. LTF is not responsible for messages submitted late or lost due to delays or disruptions of the internet, problems or technical malfunctions with telephone, broadband, or other networks, as well as the non-arrival of messages. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered in the selection of testers.
All information provided must not contain indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content, mention illegal activities, or incite to such activities. Participants whose information contains such content will be excluded from participation.
Applications for the product test are exclusively possible via email. Applications submitted otherwise will not be considered. Truthful personal information is required for applying to the product test.
Mandatory information for registering for the product test includes:
- Name
- Company
- Job title
- Company address
- Field of research
- Planned use of the phase separator
- Contact email
- Selection of Participants
Participants for the product test will be selected separately. The following criteria will be considered for allocating the test positions: responses regarding suitability for the respective product as well as demographic and geographical information to ensure a heterogeneous participant pool.
Participants will be informed via email about their selection as product testers. Applicants who were not selected will be notified separately.
- Testing Period
The testing period is 3 months and begins with the delivery of the products. In the confirmation of participation, you will receive information about the planned delivery date.
- Evaluation by Product Testers
The evaluation of the respective product is done through an online feedback form. Here, participants will be presented with predefined questions about the tested product. The questions serve solely for the improvement of the test product, and answers will not be published.
- Rights
By submitting an evaluation, participants grant LTF the exclusive, unpaid right to aggregate the data and use it for various statistical and marketing purposes.
- Disclaimer
LTF is not liable for damages related to the testing of the products unless there is a legal guarantee liability, the damage results from intentional or grossly negligent behavior of LTF, its legal representatives and/or agents, or it is a liability under the Product Liability Act. LTF may modify, suspend, or terminate the product test if necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond LTF’s control, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper conduct of the product test.
- Data Protection
The aggregated cumulative results of the evaluation as well as all collected participant data will be used exclusively in anonymized form. Participant data will not be shared with third parties.

The objection results in exclusion from participation in the product test.
- Severability Clause
If a clause of these conditions is ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
