The LTF emulsifier is a microfluidic system for the simple production of multiphase emulsion droplets, where the droplet size can be controlled by the flow rate. The reactor has an integrated heat exchanger and will be connected via 1/2″ bonded glass threads, while the heat exchanger is connected via SWAGELOK fittings. More information can be found in the product sheet.
LTF’s micromixer HTM-KOE will be used as delay time for pre- or post-conditioning. The reactor is available either with or without an integrated heat exchanger.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
LTF’s micromixer HTM-ST will be used for small volumes of very mixing-intensive substances, even at low flow rates. The mixer is available either with or without an integrated heat exchanger.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
LTF’s micromixer HTM-ST-2-1 will be used for small volumes of very mixing-intensive substances, even at low flow rates. In contrast to HTM-ST this mixer has a longer mixing distance.
In contrast to HTM-ST-2-1 this mixer has an additional inlet. The mixer is available either with or without an integrated heat exchanger.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
LTF’s micromixer HTM-X will be used for small volumes of mixing-intensive substances, even at low flow rates. The mixer is available either with or without an integrated heat exchanger.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
LTF’s MR-LAB-Kat is a modified MR-LAB-MS micromixer with an integrated catalyst. MR-LAB-KAT-G is a cross flow version where the integrated catalyst channel can be loaded with catalytic acting grains, powder or coated carriers like activated carbon or coated glass powders.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
LTF’s MR-LAB-Kat is a modified MR-LAB-MS micromixer with an integrated catalyst. At MR-LAB-KAT-R the flow goes along an inserted catalyst rod (inside in the catalyst channel), where the flow is then 100 mm in contact with the catalyst rod.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
MR-LAB-MS is a micromixer used for higher flow rates. The mixing type S is simply structured by means of “chicanes”, which makes the mixer not sensitive to blockage.
Main properties:
no dead volume
simple to operate
space-saving in use
greater pressure stability as required is possible upon request
